One Xbit Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

1 General Terms

One xbit is an online gaming platform providing gaming, betting, and entertainment services to users in Bangladesh and beyond. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between one xbit and its users ("Members").

By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to fully comply with these Terms & Conditions. one xbit reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
• If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
• In these Terms, "we" and "our" refer to the authority operating one xbit.
• "You", "member", and "user" refer to any individual registered on the platform.

2 Account Registration

To use one xbit's services, you must create a valid account. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Opening an account with false information constitutes a violation of these Terms.

• Each person may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
• A valid mobile number and email address are required for registration.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Never share your password with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, please notify our support team immediately.
• Completing KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory. Identity must be verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• If any information provided at registration changes, update your profile immediately or notify support.

3 Age & Eligibility

One xbit is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to use this platform. Age and identity verification will be carried out during registration.

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Providing false information about your age will result in account closure and forfeiture of all winnings and deposited funds.
• One xbit may request a copy of your national ID or passport for age verification at any time.
• Any user who helps a minor access the platform will also have their account suspended.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

One xbit supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum deposit limit depends on your account tier and verification status.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. VIP members enjoy even faster processing.
• Deposits and winnings can only be withdrawn to a registered payment method.
• One xbit reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in the event of suspicious transactions.
• Payments cannot be sent to or received from third-party accounts.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

One xbit offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback, and free spins. Each bonus carries its own terms and wagering requirements.

• Bonuses can only be claimed once, unless otherwise specified.
• A wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. This is typically 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses across multiple accounts will result in the closure of all accounts involved.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any bonus not used within this period will be forfeited.
• One xbit reserves the right to modify bonus terms and conditions at any time.
• Bonuses may only be used for legitimate gaming purposes — any attempt to abuse a bonus may result in account termination.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on one xbit run on internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring completely fair and random outcomes. Each game has its own set of rules, which you should read before you start playing.

• If a technical error affects the outcome of any game, one xbit reserves the right to void that round.
• If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, it will automatically resume from where it left off.
• Playing on multiple tabs or devices simultaneously is not prohibited, but doing so to abuse the system may result in your account being blocked.
• In Live games, the dealer's decision is final.
• For Sports Betting, bet results will only be settled after the official outcome is announced.

7 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the one xbit platform. Any such activity, if detected, will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or take advantage of promotions.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack the system or exploit software bugs for an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots or scripts to play games.
• Harassing or intimidating other members.
• Operating an account under a false identity or using someone else's information.
• Coordinated fraud attempts against the platform.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

One xbit reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account for any of the following reasons.

• Violation of any clause in these Terms.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Being identified as a minor.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Any valid balance remaining in an account at the time of closure will generally be refunded, unless it is linked to fraud or a breach of terms. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Protecting your personal information is our top priority. one xbit follows a fully transparent policy when it comes to collecting, using, and storing your data.

• Your personal information is never sold to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
• Information may be shared with regulatory authorities to meet legal requirements.

10 Limitation of Liability

One xbit accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• When a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue.
• When a transaction is delayed due to a third-party software or payment gateway failure.
• When a member's password or account details are compromised due to their own negligence.
• When game outcomes do not meet a member's expectations.
• In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, government directives, cyberattacks).

11 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, members must first contact our support team. We always aim to reach an amicable resolution.

• An initial response will be provided within 72 hours of a complaint being submitted.
• If your issue cannot be resolved through the support team, you may escalate it to management.
• All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
• In disputes regarding game outcomes, system logs will be treated as the final and conclusive evidence.

12 Changes to Terms

One xbit reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or SMS.

• Updated Terms will take effect 7 days after publication.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account.
